At Residence San Michele, we gladly welcome your pets! Dogs of all sizes and cats are allowed with an additional fee of €25 per stay, which includes final cleaning of the apartment.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask you to:

• Keep your pet under control at all times in common areas.
• Use a leash or carrier in shared spaces.
• Never leave your pet unattended in the apartment for long periods.

For other types of pets, please contact us before booking to check availability. We look forward to welcoming you for a pet-friendly stay on Lake Garda!

• Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  If you have not booked breakfast in advance, you can add it for €15 for adults and €12 for children.
• Restaurant:
  • Lunch hours – Saturday and Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM
  • Dinner hours – every day from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (last reservation at 9:00 PM)
• Bar: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  Delicious cocktails, coffee shop, and homemade ice cream are waiting to accompany your day at the pool.

Non-refundable rate

• The total amount of the booking will be charged at the time of confirmation (excluding city tax, to be paid locally).
• This rate is non-refundable in case of modifications, cancellations, or no-show.
• You can request an electronic invoice by providing your company details at the time of booking.

Flexible rate

• Direct payment at the property: the credit card is only used as a guarantee.
• No penalty for cancellations or modifications received up to 8 or 15 days before arrival, depending on the period.
• For cancellations or modifications beyond this period or in case of no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Semi-flexible rate

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required, payable via bank transfer within 3 days from confirmation.
• The balance will be paid directly at the hotel.
• You can change the stay date up to 14 days before arrival, using the deposit already paid for a new stay within 12 months of the original date.
• For cancellations beyond this period or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.

Long stays (7 or more nights)

• The total amount of the booking will be charged at the time of confirmation (excluding city tax).
• This rate is non-refundable in case of modifications, cancellations, or no-show.
• You can request an electronic invoice by providing your company details at the time of booking.
